Shipping Information

Please allow up to 1-15 business working days for all Custom orders to be completed after your payment is verified. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. (Excluding Weekend & Holidays). Any orders placed during after hours or on weekends are processed the next following business day. Once your order is finished production and has been “Marked Shipped” you will receive a USPS tracking # via Email. If your package arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances due to related to carrier or the weather or responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS has notified us you have receive your package. International orders:
